Here at Coldmac we have a strict Health & Safety policy along with ambitious ecological aims.

Our Quality Assurance System incorporates the identification of customer needs together with Coldmac's commitment to supply and deliver our company's products and services at an agreed cost, in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements and to customer’s expectations. To ensure all contracts are processed in a manner which provides a quality service to customers we have implemented a quality system to comply with BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 (Sect. 13b). The Quality Manual defines the system and the procedures required.

Our Managers, Supervisors and Operatives take Health & Safety matters seriously and continuously strive to improve performance through thorough training processes.

The company is committed to putting all necessary resources in place to secure the safety of the workforce, including ensuring consistent and appropriate use of PPE.

 

Environment

As a responsible company we consider it vital that all persons working directly or indirectly for Coldmac are familiar with its Environmental Policy. Subsequently they are properly trained in our Environmental Management System to enable them to perform in the most environmentally conscientious manner.

Coldmac is committed to improving its treatments continually striving to provide lower carbon footprint solutions through the use of recycling and other technologies. Tools

To ensure that we offer the most efficient and professional service possible Coldmac invest in tools and machinery for our skilled workforce. These include barrow and dumper mixers which enable us to access difficult locations which standard hot mix vehicles cannot reach.

We also maintain our own haulage service to reduce overall costs, a saving which is passed to our clients. This service is also available for traction only / general haulage, for more details contact Margaret on 01724 289919.
