Our greatest resource is the dedicated Coldmac Team who manage the business, coordinating the thousands of square meters of resurfacing work we do each year.

Darren

As Managing Director, Darren’s principal responsibilities involve health, safety and environmental compliancy issues where they affect the company and its site based activities.

With over 25 years experience in the highways industry he is uniquely qualified to manage the Coldmac team, providing continuous monitoring and on going review of the company’s policies, procedures and working methods.

Darren is trained in nebosh, I.O.S.H, NRSWA, Cscs and First Aid.

Ian

As Contracts Director, Ian’s principal responsibilities are control and direction of all on-site activities across the United Kingdom. This role sees him liaising closely with clients to ensure smooth completion of contracts.

Ian also brings over 30 years of highways industry expertise to the business and is particularly experienced in working with our framework partners.

Ian is trained in NRSWA, Cscs and First Aid.

Mick

As Contracts Manager, Mick works closely with our workforce to ensure all aspects of on-site procedure are carefully followed.

An in depth understanding of specialist surfacing, derived from 30 years experience of the highways industry, makes Mick an ideal liaison for both crews and clients.

Mick is trained in NRSWA, Cscs and First Aid.

Workforce

Our road crews are trained surfacing specialists with over 150 years experience between them. Their hard work and dedication have helped Coldmac resurface millions of square meters over the last 17 years and they show no sign of slowing down!
